Consulting & Transformation

Your slowest processes are costing you more than you think. We fix the ones that matter.

Free your people for the work that actually requires them.

Most organisations have teams doing hours of work each week that a better process would eliminate.

That time compounds. It shows up as missed deadlines, slow turnarounds, and staff capacity that never quite stretches far enough.

We find those processes and make them significantly faster.

Automation is the consequence, not the product.

The firm

What we bring.

Langford is not a technology firm that discovered consulting. We are a consulting and transformation practice that uses advanced technical capability as the lever.

Our advisory leadership draws on over two decades of enterprise strategy and transformation work at the highest levels: national programmes, multilateral institutions, government ministries, and private-sector organisations across West Africa. Our technical leadership brings fifteen years of financial services technology delivery in London's most demanding regulated environments.

That combination of strategic depth and technical precision is what allows us to improve your processes in a way that holds.

How it works

Three phases. The order is the point.

Most providers assess, then train, and fill the gap with slides. We improve your real process first, then run a workshop on the proof. That is the whole difference. The engagement runs four to six weeks.

01Phase

Start with your real work

Not tools, not strategy. We identify two or three tasks that are repetitive, easy to map, and worth improving. Concrete workflows everyone in the room recognises.

02Phase

Optimise those tasks ourselves first

We apply our AI and technology capabilities directly to the task before anyone on your team is involved.

By the time we run the workshop, the improved process already exists and is already working.

Your team is not a test group.

03Phase

Run a workshop on your own improved process

Your team sees the result first, then we rebuild it together, step by step, so they can apply the same thinking to the next process without us.

The difference

We don't walk in with slides and theory. We walk in with a working improvement built on your own processes.

That is the difference between training that changes behaviour and training that gets forgotten by Friday.

What you get

Independence, not a dependency.

  • A working improvement

Two or three of your real workflows, measurably better, with documented before and after.

  • A team that gets it

People who understand where AI fits in their work, and where it does not.

  • Clear judgement on what's next

What to automate next, and just as importantly, what to leave alone.

  • The ability to do it again

The method stays with your team. The next improvement doesn't need us.

Who you'll work with

Senior-led, start to finish.

Langford engagements are led by Adedokun Agoro, technical lead and partner. Fifteen years in London's financial services technology sector, across Lloyds Banking Group, BBVA, Credit Agricole CIB, and Ion Group, delivering quality and performance on regulated trading platforms. He leads the Langford team, building and deploying intelligent systems for organisations in the UK and Nigeria.

Behind every engagement is a cross-functional team spanning technology, operations, and delivery. The same disciplines that underpin high-stakes financial infrastructure: precise in execution, rigorous in testing, and built around the understanding that a process that fails under pressure is not a better process.

We come to your office. We work on your real processes. And we leave your team with something that is measurably faster, not a set of recommendations to act on later.

Our leadership

Two partners, complementary depth.

He now leads Langford's technical team, designing and deploying the systems that make process improvements real, durable, and measurable.

At Langford, Adedokun oversees all technical delivery, from process mapping and system design through to implementation and handover.

The assessment

A fast, no-risk way to find your highest-value opportunities for improvement.

Before any engagement, we look at your real operations and identify the two or three processes with the clearest opportunity for improvement. You get a short, plain-English read on where your team can move faster and where capacity is being lost.

No scores, no jargon, no tool recommendations.

Prefer to try it yourself first? The five-minute check is a sketch; the assessment is the real thing.

A sense-making conversation, not a sales call. We start with your real work and figure out whether there's a fit. If there is, we'll walk you through how it works.
